Your privacy is very important to us! We are committed to complying with the Data Protection Act 1998. You can access our home page and browse our site without disclosing your personal data. However, when you register with Chatterpants, you will be asked to provide certain information about yourself, such as your name, address, details of your credit card (only if you are paying by credit card), telephone number and email address so that we can process, confirm and fulfil your order and let you know about special offers and promotions.

Chatterpants does not provide this information to any third parties, other than those required to process payments for your orders. We do not hold any of your credit card details on file in any database. All online payments are processed by either Barclays Bank or PayPal, depending on your preference.

We fully understand that when you visit our website you may not wish to register. We will occasionally want to contact you to let you know about special offers, new products and changes to our site. If you decide you do not want us to contact you, you can request that we stop using your information and that we stop contacting you. Simply email us at enquiries@chatterpants.comwith STOP CONTACT in the Subject line, making sure you send the email from the email address you would like deleted from our contact database. Please accept our apologies if you still receive more mail from us while we deal with your request.

We do not send any unsolicited emails and every email sent provides an opportunity to be removed from further emailing. If you have given us permission to send you information about our products and services, we will do so in accordance with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 and the Direct Marketing Association (DMA) Code of Practice.
