Here's how you do it ....
If you wish to exchange a garment or get a refund, the garment must be returned to us:
If you purchased the item from us at a Show/Fair i.e. not from our website, and the item was on sale, please include a cheque for £4.00 for return postage.
The poostage to return garments to us for exchange or refund is your responsibility. We recommend you use Royal Mail's 2nd class Recorded Signed For service or an alternate courier service that guarantees delivery as we can't be responsible for things that go missing en route.
Refunds are only made to the card/account used to make the payment less the postage and packaging costs, which are non-refundable. If you are exchanging clothes, you won't be asking you to pay postage and packaging for the exchanged item - now that's good news!.
Please help us to by including a short note telling us why you want to return or exchange.
faulty garments
We do our very best to check the quality of our garments but it is not possible to check every single one. Please accept our sincerest apologies if you encounter a fault and we promise you we will move quickly to resolve the problem for you. This could mean a repair, a replacement or a refund at our discretion.
By faulty, we mean the garment is not wearable or has an obvious and significant cosmetic defect. If you think your garment is faulty, please contact us by phone or email and tell us about the problem. Please don't send it back to us without contacting us first. If you have a digital camera, please feel free to send us a hi-res photo showing us the problem. Please do this as soon as you notice the problem because our policy only covers defects within 28 days of purchase. If we ask you to send the garment back to us, we will also refund your reasonable postage costs up to the same amount you paid for outgoing postage. i.e. if your delivery cost £4.00, you will be reimbursed for up to £4.00 return postage. When you return the garment, please remember to include your contact details and a copy of your order confirmation sent by email or your Receipt.

We recommend you use Royal Mail's "2nd Class Recorded Signed For" service or another guaranteed courier service to return the items to us. The package should be addressed to:

We recommend you get (at least) a certificate of posting or posting receipt (proof of posting) from a Post Office. A more secure option is to use Royal Mail's Recorded Signed For service. Please note it is your responsibility to ensure items reach us and we cannot accept responsibility for any items that don't reach us safely.
