We will gladly exchange free of charge and accept returns for a refund. Please include a short note telling us why.

If you purchased the item from us at a Show/Fair i.e. not from our website, and the item was on sale, please include a cheque for £4.00 for return postage.
Postage to return garments to us for exchange or refund is your responsibility. Please use Royal Mail's 2nd class Recorded Signed For service or an alternate courier service that guarantees delivery.
Refunds are made to the card/account used to make the payment less the postage and packaging costs, which are non-refundable. If you are exchanging clothes, you won't be charged again for postage and packaging.
faulty garments
We do our very best to check the quality of our garments but it is not possible to check every single one. Please accept our sincerest apologies if you encounter a fault and rest assured we will move quickly to resolve the problem and ensure you are happy.
By faulty, we mean the garment is not wearable or has an obvious and significant cosmetic defect. If you think your garment is faulty, please contact us by phone or email and tell us about the problem. If you have a digital camera, please feel free to send a photo showing us the problem. Please do so as soon as you notice because our policy only covers defects within 28 days of purchase. Within that time period, we will either repair or replace the items, offer you the option of choosing a different garment or credit your card with a refund. If we ask you to send the garment back to us, we will also refund your reasonable postage costs up to the same amount you paid for outgoing postage. i.e. if your delivery cost £4.00, you will be reimbursed for up to £4.00 return postage. When you return the garment, please remember to include your contact details and a copy of your order confirmation sent by email or your Receipt.

We recommend you use Royal Mail's "2nd Class Recorded Signed For" service or another guaranteed courier service to return the items to us. The package should be addressed to:

We recommend you get (at least) a certificate of posting or posting receipt (proof of posting) from a Post Office. A more secure option is to use Royal Mail's Recorded Signed For service. Please note it is your responsibility to ensure items reach us. We cannot accept responsibility in the event of non-delivery back to us.
