Orders received by 12.00 midday on a business day can normally be posted the same day. Orders received after midday on a weekday will be posted the next business day. Orders received on a public holiday or at weekends will be posted the next working day.
Due to the Royal Mail strikes, we are now also offering a courier delivery service at no extra cost. In peak periods e.g. the run up to Christmas and during Royal mail strikes, we will send you parcel by courier. The courier will make 3 attempts to deliver to your address anytime up to 8pm on weekdays and Saturdays. If there won't be anyone there to accept the parcel, please tell us a safe place to leave it, in the "Special Instructions" box during checkout. Unfortunately the courier service is not available for the Channel Islands. The courier will not require a signature. Royal Mail will though. Deliveries to the Channel islands must therefore be made using Royal Mail.
Please note that Next day delivery service is only available through Royal Mail. We understand that the Royal Mail strikes are not affecting Next Day deliveries - Next Day deliveries are still being delivered on time.

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order in part or in full for any reason. We will contact you within 48 hours in the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill any part of your order. If you have asked for the clothing to be sent to a different address than the billing address for your credit card (e.g. you are sending a gift) please ensure you have provided a telephone number for us to contact you by phone. We may call you to ensure your card has not been used fraudulently.
If you wish to have your purchase sent to a different address, please ensure you have told us your phone number, either in the registration section or in the "Special Requests/Delivery Instructions" box. We will not process your order without it and we may contact you to be extra sure that no-one is using your card fraudulently.
GIFT WRAPPING SERVICE
We are happy to offer a gift wrapping service. We offer an environmentally friendly option as standard - clothes are wrapped in tissue paper and put in our luxury embroidered cotton gift bag with a notecard and a personal message.
If you prefer, we can also send your garments in a silver gift box with a ribbon and a notecard. To ensure the silver box arrives in perfect condition, we put it into a larger mailbox for postage. If you prefer the silver gift box, please let us know in the "Special Requests/Delivery Instructions" box when checking out. Please use the same box to let us know what you would like us to write in the notecard.
Our gift service costs £5.00, for both packaging options.

Our website uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology, with credit card details and other information scrambled (encrypted) to minimise possible misuse by third parties. A padlock/key is displayed on the lower right hand corner of the user's screen when the SSL technology is in action - indicating a secure site. By "double-clicking" on the padlock, you can confirm our certificate of authenticity. Chatterpants does not store your payment card details. If you pay online we do not even see them as our payment processing is handled by SagePay (previously Protx). We do use 'cookies' to identify your browser but they do not identify the user personally and no sensitive information is stored in Chatterpants' website 'cookies'. While 'cookies' can be disabled (by going to the preferences or options menus in your browser), we recommend you don't disable 'cookies' as it will reduce the speed and quality of your visit to the Chatterpants website.
