Chatterpants accepts all of the following payment methods:

Mail order	Cheque (Pounds Sterling currency only)	Made out to "Chatterpants UK Ltd". Mail to Chatterpants UK Ltd, 14 Heights Close, London SW20 0TH, U.K. Your items will be sent once your cheque has cleared. Contact us to verify your total before sending your cheque. This will ensure there aren't any delays despatching your purchases.
Telephone	If you wish to pay by phone, please call 01689 870 207 and ask for Cherry.

Orders received by 12.00 midday on a business day can usually be posted the same day. Orders received after midday on a weekday will usually be posted the next business day. Orders received on a public holiday or at weekends will be posted the next working day.

Please note we are unable to guarantee these delivery times.

All orders are subject to availability. We will contact you within 48 hours in the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill any part of your order. If you have asked for the clothing to be sent to a different address than the billing address for your credit card (e.g. you are sending a gift) please ensure you have provided a telephone number for us to contact you by phone. We may call you to ensure your card has not been used fraudulently. Your card will usually be charged at about midnight on the day you place your order. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order in part or in full for any reason and at any time. Should we need to cancel your order, if your card has already been charged, we will refund to the card used within 24 hours of notifying you that your order being cancelled.  

 DELIVERY TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS

If you wish to have your purchase sent to a different address, please ensure you have told us your phone number, either in the registration section or in the "Special Requests/Delivery Instructions" box. We will not process your order without it and we may contact you to be extra sure that no-one is using your card fraudulently.

GIFT WRAPPING SERVICE

We are happy to offer a gift wrapping service. We offer an environmentally friendly option as standard - clothes are wrapped in tissue paper and put in our luxury embroidered cotton gift bag with a notecard and a personal message.

If you prefer, we can also send your garments in a silver gift box with a ribbon and a notecard. To ensure the silver box arrives in perfect condition, we put it into a larger mailbox for postage. If you prefer the silver gift box, please let us know in the "Special Requests/Delivery Instructions" box when checking out. Please use the same box to let us know what you would like us to write in the notecard.

Our gift service costs £5.00, for both packaging options.

Our website uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology, with credit card details and other information scrambled (encrypted) to minimise possible misuse by third parties. A padlock/key is displayed on the lower right hand corner of the user's screen when the SSL technology is in action - indicating a secure site. By "double-clicking" on the padlock, you can confirm our certificate of authenticity.  Chatterpants does not store your payment card details. If you pay online we do not even see them as our payment processing is handled by SagePay (previously Protx). We do use 'cookies' to identify your browser but they do not identify the user personally and no sensitive information is stored in Chatterpants' website 'cookies'. While 'cookies' can be disabled (by going to the preferences or options menus in your browser), we recommend you don't disable 'cookies' as it will reduce the speed and quality of your visit to the Chatterpants website.
