Adjustable elastic waist - buttonhole elastic. 6-12m has poppers on inside leg. 12-18m size does not. Please note: These trousers are slim fit and may be too small in the waist for average-large babies. If your baby is average to large in the waist, try the denim "Baby Jeans", which also come with knee pads or the dungarees, which are both a generous fit.
